Dr. Cezar-Martinez is an experienced veterinary professional leader and all-around public servant with a demonstrated productive history in government administration, military service, and equine and animal science teaching. She is passionate to inspire and develop younger generations–especially those who are socially-disadvantage and under-represented–into veterinary medicine, animal science, agriculture, livestock farming and the equine industry. She also aims to assist veterinary professionals interested in career transitioning from traditional practice to the government or military. Dr. Cezar-Martinez is also proud to serve as President of the National Association of Federal Veterinarians.
